30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
If you purchase a subscription directly through our website and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. This is your sole remedy under this guarantee. To request a refund, you must contact us at support@tradelikepro.com within the 30-day window, provide your account details, and state that you are invoking the money-back guarantee. We will process approved refunds to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days. We honor this guarantee on a case-by-case basis; refund requests must be made before the 30-day period ends.
Recurring Subscriptions
If your subscription renews automatically, you may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. However, cancellations of future charges do not automatically entitle you to a refund of any past payments beyond the 30-day guarantee on your first payment. After the initial 30 days, all fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Exclusions
No refunds will be given after 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds do not apply to purchases made through third-party resellers or app stores; you must review and comply with their respective refund policies. We also do not offer refunds for partial use or termination of an ongoing subscription after the 30-day window.
Defective Services
If you believe TradeLikePro was not delivered as promised or is “defective” in a material way, you should contact our support immediately. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to seek redressal for deficient services, including refunds or compensation if warranted. We will review such issues and may provide remedies (such as partial refunds or extended access) at our discretion and as required by law.
Procedure
All refund requests must be sent via email to support@tradelikepro.com with your name, account email, purchase date, and a brief explanation. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve it as soon as possible. If a refund is granted, we will notify you and process the refund to your payment method.
