Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TradeLikePro platform (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and any other policies incorporated by reference (including the Privacy and Refund policies). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and TradeLikePro regarding our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeLikePro. Our platform is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before using our services.
Platform Use
TradeLikePro is a trading journal and capital management tool. We are not a financial advisor or broker and do not provide investment advice or recommendations. You use the service at your own risk and are solely responsible for any trading or financial decisions you make. We provide the platform on an “as is” basis and make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness or profitability.
User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions & Payments
TradeLikePro operates on a recurring subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described below. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will stop future charges but will not automatically refund past payments (see Refund Policy). All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Refunds
Refunds are handled exclusively through our Refund Policy below. In summary, we offer a 30‑day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of a subscription. See the “Refund Policy” section for full details.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as your trading logs and notes), but you grant TradeLikePro a license to use and display it as necessary to provide the service. You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in the TradeLikePro platform (including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content) are owned by us. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the service without our permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
TradeLikePro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including any trading losses. Our total liability to you in connection with the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months prior to any claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TradeLikePro, its affiliates and employees harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.
Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively by the courts of India.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the service after changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
